TCG (Trading Card Game) Items
Please note that all TCG items are final sale. Due to the nature of this product, we do not accept returns.
Non-TCG Items
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, sealed and unopened and in its original packaging. Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
You must pay for the shipping fee associated with your return plus a 15% restocking fee (you have 7 business days to return once label is provided)
To start a return, please contact us at readysetripz@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately at hello@readysetripz.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You must pay for the shipping fees associated with your exchange plus a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that depending on your bank, it can take up to 7 business days for your refund to be posted/credited.
